Cancel any time
You can cancel your Clientwharf subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no need to contact us first.
How to cancel
- Open Billing at
/app/billing. - Select Manage subscription. This opens Paddle's customer portal, where your subscription is managed. You can also cancel at https://paddle.net using the email address on your order.
- Choose to cancel the subscription and confirm.
Paddle sends you an email confirming the cancellation. The billing page in Clientwharf shows that your subscription is canceled and the date your paid access ends.
If you cannot access your account, email support@clientwharf.com from the address you use for Clientwharf and we will help.
Only the workspace owner and admins can manage the subscription. If you do not see Manage subscription, ask an owner or admin.
What happens after you cancel
- Until the end of the paid period, everything keeps working as before. You have paid for this time, so you can use it.
- No further payments are taken. Your subscription does not renew.
- After the paid period ends, your workspace becomes read-only. You, your team and your clients can still sign in, view projects and approval records, and download files, but new changes are paused.
- Your data is kept for at least 30 days after access ends, so you can export it or come back.
Before your access ends
If you are leaving Clientwharf, we recommend that you:
- Export your data, including all files and a copy of your projects, approvals and comments.
- Let your clients know where they will find their files in future.
- Download any approval records you want to keep as PDFs.
Changed your mind?
If you cancel and then want to stay before your paid period ends, open Manage subscription again or email support@clientwharf.com and we will help you keep it. If your workspace is already read-only, choosing a plan unlocks it again with all your data in place.
Canceling is not the same as deleting
Canceling stops future payments. It does not delete your workspace or your account. If you want your data removed, see deleting your account. Delete only after you have exported anything you want to keep.
Refunds
Canceling does not refund the current period automatically. New subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 30 days of your first payment on any plan, you get a full refund, no questions asked. A renewal charge can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of the renewal and haven't used the service since it renewed. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email on your order, or email support@clientwharf.com and we will process it through Paddle. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Paddle's order lookup and refund site is https://paddle.net. See refunds.
