What we plan to build next

These are the features we intend to work on after launch. None of them are available in Clientwharf today. For what already works, see the features and the changelog.

This list reflects our current intentions, not a commitment. We may change the order, change the scope, or drop an item. We do not publish dates. Please choose a plan based on the features available today.

  • Calendar integrations

    Planned

    A calendar feed of project, approval and request due dates that you can subscribe to from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

  • Slack notifications

    Planned

    Send selected workspace notifications, such as new approvals or completed requests, to a Slack channel of your choice.

  • Video previews

    Planned

    Play common video formats directly in the portal. Today, images and PDFs can be previewed and other files are available to download.

  • Weekly summaries for clients

    Planned

    An optional weekly email to client contacts summarizing what happened in their projects: new files, updates and open requests.

  • Project templates

    Planned

    Save a project's folders and standard requests as a template, so a new project for a similar engagement starts ready to go.

  • Comments on files

    Planned

    Discuss a specific file in its own comment thread. Today, comments can be added to approvals, requests and updates, and an approval can be requested on any file.

  • Pinned comments on images and PDFs

    Planned

    Let clients and team members attach a comment to a specific spot on an image or a page of a PDF.
