Our refund policy in short

New subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you ask within 30 days of your first payment on any plan, you get a full refund, no questions asked. A renewal charge can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of the renewal and haven't used the service since it renewed. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email on your order, or email support@clientwharf.com and we will process it through Paddle. Your statutory rights are not affected.

That means if you subscribe and decide within 30 days of your first payment that Clientwharf is not right for you, you can ask for that payment back.

The full terms are in our refund policy. If anything in this guide differs from the policy, the policy applies.

Why refunds go through Paddle

Paddle is our reseller and the merchant of record for every Clientwharf subscription. Paddle took your payment, so Paddle is also the one that returns it. Clientwharf can request a refund on your behalf, but the money always comes back from Paddle.

How to request a refund

Option 1: through Paddle

  1. Go to https://paddle.net.
  2. Look up your order using the email address you paid with. You can also use the details in your Paddle receipt email.
  3. Select the payment and request a refund.

Option 2: through Clientwharf support

Email support@clientwharf.com from the address on your Clientwharf account and include:

  • The name of your workspace.
  • The email address used at checkout, if different.
  • The date of the payment, or the order number from your Paddle receipt.

We will check the details and ask Paddle to process the refund. We reply within 1–2 business days.

What happens next

  • Where the money goes. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • How long it takes. Paddle processes approved refunds promptly, but your bank or card provider decides how quickly the money appears on your statement. This can take several business days.
  • Your subscription. Paid access ends when a refund is issued: the refunded subscription is canceled and your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Your data is kept for at least 30 days, and you can export it or subscribe again at any time.
  • Receipts. Paddle sends you a confirmation of the refund by email.

Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, you can get a full refund of that renewal charge if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date and the workspace has not been used since it renewed. Request it the same way, through Paddle or by email.

For anything else, see our refund policy or contact support@clientwharf.com. If you think you were charged by mistake, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. A refund is usually faster.

Avoiding unexpected charges

  • The free trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own, because we do not ask for a card.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The renewal date is on the billing page at /app/billing.
  • You can cancel at any time. See canceling your subscription.
