Branding
Client portals that carry your brand
Your clients should see your business, not ours. Add your logo and accent colour, write a welcome message, and on higher plans remove the Clientwharf footer and serve portals from your own address.
14-day free trial. No card required.
Logo and accent colour
Upload your logo and choose an accent colour. Both are applied to every client portal in your workspace. Included on Freelancer Pro and above.
A welcome message
Write a short note that appears on the home page of each portal, such as how you work, when you reply and where to find things. Included on Freelancer Pro and above.
Remove “Powered by Clientwharf”
Lower plans show a small “Powered by Clientwharf” line in the portal footer. It is removed on Studio and above.
Your own portal address
Use a custom portal subdomain on Studio and above. Connect a custom domain you own on Agency Plus and above; you add a DNS record at your domain provider and the portal is served from your domain.
Branding: common questions

Do emails to clients use my branding?
Notification emails name your workspace so clients recognise who they are from, use your accent colour on plans with branding, and link to your branded portal.
